How the Commission Works
The commission is a percentage of the sale price — generally 1% to 3% of the property price, depending on the property and the developer. For example, on a deal at 2%, you receive 2% of the price paid by the buyer. The higher the property value, the higher the commission, and you can follow every step on your dashboard.
